Founder & CEO

Dean Elliott

Dean Elliott is the larger than life Founder & CEO of Mad Toto, and other ventures. Dean is what might be considered a serial entrepreneur, having been a part of what seems to be every industry imaginable since earning his liberal arts degree from NYU. Starting in the late 90′s, Dean was coordinating location logistics, including security, medic & transportation, for the booming reality TV industry. He worked on just about every reality show you can name, on location all over the world. At the same time, Dean was building a reputation as a successful voiceover artist, voicing spots for many of the coolest brands, including Volvo & the WWF. Everything Dean does, he does wholeheartedly, and with a passion for excellence… not to mention, his birthday happens to be 4-20.

Senior VP

Colin Roy

Colin has been working with Dean on various projects for over a decade, and currently mans many positions in the Mad Toto offices. From maintaining daily logistics and operations,  handling the company network and IT infrastructure, managing advertising and label / product design for the company, to developing the world wide web presence for Toto, Colin stays busy. He is also the in-house audio engineer for CEO and voice-over artist Dean Elliott. Outside of the Mad Toto compound, Colin is the owner and director of the Dallas based Poor Vida Productions, a forward thinking culture development company, where he acts as in-house web and graphics designer, audio engineer, and anything else that lands on his plate.

Sales Director

Michelle Marcus

Ms. Marcus is a multi-faceted broadcast professional, known affectionately as “Glitter,” and once you see her shine on the sales floor, you will never have to ask why. Michelle joins the Mad Toto staff with over ten years of experience in Broadcast Public Relations, Client Services and Television News Producing. She has worked with both large-scale & boutique clients across the US, developing “advertorial” pieces for America’s most sought after consumer brands, which has allowed Glitter great successes in both sales and creative development. Born in Pittsburgh PA, raised in Northern NJ & currently residing in Dallas, TX, Michelle spends her time outside of the office with her fashion-forward black toy poodle, Daphne.

VP Marketing

Erik Vasquez

Erik joins Team Mad Toto as part of the sale department.  With direction from the VP of Sales and Marketing, Erik’s focus with Mad Toto is to scale the brand to eventually be one of the most visible purveyors of stash boxes, 420 kits, glass pipe cases, apparel, and other extreme gear in the country. Erik comes to us from a long career in customer service and administrative positions, which allows him to also play a supportive role to our team of Operations Liaison and Senior VP.  As an explorer, Erik likes to travel and make new friends in cities from coast to coast.  In his spare time, Erik is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys biking, hiking and hanging with resident rodent, Toto.
